We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering operation and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation . This role is essential in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction within our business.
You will need your own transport or live local as the start time is 5:00am.
Duties
Ensuring efficient food production and service.
Able to come up with new ideas for our sandwich bar and seasonal products.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to plan menus that meet client specifications and dietary requirements.
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction with catering services.
Collaborate with our other shops and the bakery to facilitate smooth running of the business.
Qualifications
Experience within the catering or hospitality industry.
Culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Previous experience in catering is highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
