Job Details
Do you have Catering experience or a qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds706/1 or equivalent?
In this Catering post, you would be responsible for all activities in the kitchen and its surrounds including cooking, organisation and supervision of food service.
Supervising staff working in the kitchen.
You must be aware of HACCP Procedures and ensure all Paperwork including electronic returns are completed and submitted accordingly.
Understanding dietary and nutritional needs.
Duties may also include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, its surround.
We have a permanent Catering Supervisor vacancy in the Leven area:

25 hours per week on a 38-week contract working as required between 8:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday.
You will earn a competitive salary of
25,885.80 to 28,175.91
pro-rata
and have access to a range of benefits, including:
13.79 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
Pay is annualised (equal instalments every 4 week pay period)

The Person
Catering experience or a qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds706/1 or equivalent is required.
Before confirming your appointment, you will
be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
Ability to provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a Team.
You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
