Job Description
We are looking for Catering Supervisors to join our existing Catering team. Our ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, confident and passionate people who are not afraid of hard work in a very fast-paced environment.
Working Hours will be between 9.30am and 8.00pm on a rota basis.

The Role
Opening and closing of selected restaurants Obtaining and checking of opening and closing documentation Random Unit Inspection and Reporting Stock Taking and movement of stock Rota inputting and staff movements as required. Assisting in the ongoing training and development of your team.
The Catering Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality, with a keen understanding of food safety and preparation.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily operation, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold standards. Collaborate with all staff to ensure timely food production and delivery to guests. Maintain cleanliness
The positions are available on a full-time or part-time seasonal basis until to Sunday 2 November 2025.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: 12.30-12.95 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
