Summary

We are seeking a Catering Supervisor to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. In this role, you will oversee catering operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and food quality. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and innovation in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Manage and train catering staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure timely food production and presentation. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Assist in menu planning and development to meet client needs. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the catering or restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices is essential. Understanding of food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
