Catering Supervisor
to join our team in South Kensington. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front of house and back of house operations, with a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of catering operations Lead and support the team to ensure excellent customer service Assist with food preparation, service, and presentation Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies Ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house teams
Requirements:
Previous experience as a
Catering Supervisor
or in a similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment Flexibility to work occasional weekends when requiredBenefits:
