Job Description

Within the Catering Services department, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual who wishes to develop both their staff management and customer service skills within a food service environment.






The Role Holder (RD) will ideally have experience working within a restaurant or dining environment, with experience in managing staff, food production and stock ordering/ management.





Good people and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate a team to deliver excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.






Experience from different catering operations is desirable, as is the ability to work within and coach teams and individuals.





Knowledge of HACCP and practical application of Health and Safety in the workplace are essential, as is attention to detail and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
