We're seeking a Catering Supervisor to support the Catering Managers in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining venues, including the Cafes, Bars, Rooftop Restaurant, and Green room, as well as assisting with hospitality and events. This role plays a key part in delivering memorable experiences for our guests, whether they're enjoying a casual coffee, a pre-theatre meal, or attending a special event.
Reporting to the Senior Catering Manager key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):
Working collaboratively with the Catering Managers to enhance the visitor experience through the delivery of exceptional customer service and a delicious food and drink offering.
Supporting the Catering Managers with coaching, training, and developing team members to deliver exceptional service.
Running daily staff briefings to cover operational news, daily menus, or service changes.
Receiving deliveries of stock and consumables.
Managing all bill handling procedures, cashing up and closing down.
Supervising all areas to ensure they are safe, clean, and suitable for all visitors.
Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, associated legislative regulations and Head of Safety requirements.

This is a full-time fixed-term position for 4 months, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, working shifts over 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, Monday through to Sunday.
