Summary

As a Volunteer at Cats Protection, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to promote feline welfare. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of cats while gaining valuable experience in a charitable environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our charity. Provide excellent customer service to visitors and supporters, answering queries and providing information about our work. Help organize events and fundraising activities to raise awareness and support for cat welfare. Support the care of cats in our facilities, ensuring they receive the attention and care they need.

Requirements

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Basic IT skills for managing records and communications. A passion for animal welfare, particularly for cats.
