Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cautam buc?tar / ajutor de buc?tar cu experien?? to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Participate in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements based on customer feedback. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.

Skills

Proven experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a professional kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Creativity in food presentation and willingness to learn new techniques. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
