Cavells Sales Assistant (up to 38.75 hours per week)

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team of brilliant staff here as a Sales Assistant at our fabulous store.

Sales Assistant Key responsibilities

:

Always maintain a positive attitude, ensuring all customers receive a high level of service, including greeting all customers on entering the shop, assisting in their choice of purchases and sharing your excellent product knowledge.

Always maintaining Landmark and Cavells stores presentation and customer service standards.

Help ensure that the shop is always presentable and that the stock is replenished and correctly labelled.

Ensure feedback from customers is communicated to the managers including items/styles that are regularly requested.

Following the direction of the managers and supporting our drive to have the best possible customer service.

Housekeeping of the shop.

Sales Assistant Requirements

Previous face-to-face customer service experience in a retail setting is essential preferably in luxury fashion brands.

Willing to work Monday to Saturday, on a rota basis

You will have an caring, confident and friendly approach to customer service.

You are attentive to the customer needs with good interpersonal skills to be able to recognise opportunities for up-selling in subtle ways.

You will be self-motivated but willing to take instruction if given.

You will also be a supportive team player and contribute to other tasks such as stock-takes, store refurbs or events

Salary: up to 24,603.15 (pro rata if part time) depending on age, experience and hours worked
