FTE per annum (an actual salary of 28,279.68 for 30 hours per week)

Purpose of the Job:




This is a key leadership role within our therapy service, combining clinical excellence with a strong focus on

student recruitment, mentoring, and professional development

.


As Clinical Lead, you will champion the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based CBT, while nurturing a supportive culture that values learning, collaboration, and innovation. You will play an active role in shaping our service, building strong links


with peer support provision, and ensuring that both staff and students feel equipped, inspired, and cared for.


Main Duties:



Clinical Leadership




Lead and model best practice in CBT delivery within the service. Provide specialist input, guidance, and consultation to colleagues and volunteers. Ensure our therapeutic provision is safe, ethical, and person-centred. Contribute to service design and evaluation, helping us grow and respond to community needs.


Supervision, Mentoring & Student Development




Offer clinical supervision to CBT practitioners, trainees, and volunteers. Mentor students and early-career therapists, creating a safe space for reflection, growth, and learning. Lead on the recruitment and induction of student therapists into the service. Develop opportunities for learning, CPD, and skills-sharing across the team. Build and sustain partnerships with universities, and accrediting bodies.

Service Development & Governance




Support the Head of Operations in maintaining high standards of practice and safeguarding. Contribute to monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure services are effective and inclusive. Help identify new opportunities for service improvement and innovation. Act as a positive ambassador for the charitys values, mission, and vision.
