As a provider of supported living services across the UK, we specialise in delivering tailored care to individuals with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities in community-based settings.

We are currently seeking a confident, compassionate, and skilled CBT/DBT Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be instrumental in delivering psychological support, monitoring progress, and contributing to the overall well-being and safety of our service users in Manchester.

The Role



As a CBT/DBT Therapist, you will:

Provide evidence-based psychological interventions in line with NICE guidelines, both individually and in groups Facilitate therapy using a blended model, including remote work Monitor, assess, and report on service user progress Promote choice, wellbeing, and protection of all individuals in the service Support and mentor support workers to provide person-centred care Work closely with multi-agency partners, including commissioners and families Participate in multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings, assessments, audits, and reviews Take part in an on-call rota for out-of-hours service support (as required) Help embed a value-led culture focused on achieving positive outcomes

Requirements



We welcome applications from both accredited and non-accredited therapists (with adjusted salary based on accreditation status). You must:

Hold a professional qualification in CBT or DBT (Postgraduate Diploma) Be BABCP-accredited or actively working toward accreditation Have experience working with individuals with acute mental health needs Demonstrate use of DBT/ CBT skills and techniques in practice Be confident in facilitating group interventions Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills Have experience in the health or social care sector

Pay: 25,000.00-38,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 21 per week
