Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford is looking to recruit a CBT Therapist. We are seeking someone who can work part-time or full-time, with a schedule of 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week.



Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford is located in the heart of the city, providing rapid access to high-quality outpatient treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders, and addictions. We also offer online CBT and our dedicated child and adolescent service (CAMHS) supports eating disorders, ADHD, and autism, and we can provide private autism assessments for both adults and children.

What you'll be doing





You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a CBT Therapist, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.



You will also;Be working in the outpatient team to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessment, formulation and treatment to clients. Work closely with other relevant professionals as appropriate. communicate in a skilled and sensitive manner, information concerns the assessment, formulation and treatment plans to clients. Undertake risk assessment and risk management of patients.

This is a hybrid role, with some days spent on site delivering face-to-face sessions, so you'll need to be based locally. We're looking for someone with a recognised postgraduate diploma in CBT theory and practice. You should be BABCP accredited or actively working towards accreditation, and bring experience in acute mental health settings to the position.
