CBT Therapist (Part Time, 3 Days per Week)

The Role

As a CBT Therapist at RTW Plus, your responsibilities will include:

Providing evidence based therapy for clients dealing with challenges like workplace stress, trauma, and personal injury

Using CBT, and if qualified, EMDR to foster recovery and resilience

Working collaboratively with case managers, occupational health specialists and other stakeholders

Tailoring interventions to meet each client's individual needs and delivering the highest standards of care

This part-time position is fully working from home, with travel as required.

What We're Looking For

BABCP Accreditation (Provisional or Full)

Experience in delivering high-quality CBT, preferably in workplace and personal injury contexts

EMDR Europe Accreditation or significant EMDR experience (desirable, but not essential)

A compassionate, client focused approach and excellent communication skills

The ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively
