Deliver structured, evidence-based CBT to clients within the agreed therapeutic timeframe. Work with diverse and sometimes complex psychological presentations. Operate as an autonomous practitioner, conducting both face-to-face and remote interventions (including video sessions), onsite at our customer's premises. Manage your own caseload and maintain clear, accurate clinical records. Produce sensitive, well-written clinical reports and correspondence (with client consent). Provide both face-to-face and online sessions from your base at our customer's site. Adhere to Talk Works' policies, procedures, and service standards and BABCP Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics. Occasionally deliver training or group psycho-education sessions. Participate in regular clinical and management supervision. Comply with GDPR and all data protection requirements. Contribute to service evaluation, audit and research as required.
Essential Requirements:

Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT or High Intensity Psychological Therapies or equivalent. BABCP accreditation (full or provisional). Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage a caseload effectively. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce sensitive, accurate client reports and records. Experience delivering short-term therapy to working-aged adults. Familiarity with complex client presentations. Ability to adapt therapy for neurodivergent clients. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Enhanced DBS clearance.
