This role focuses on conducting thorough assessments and risk analyses related to Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and XVA, ensuring proper risk management and compliance within financial derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform live-deal assessments and approvals. Conduct daily CCR and XVA portfolio management. Analyze the CCR portfolio and stress test results; prepare and present risk analyses to senior stakeholders, committees, and regulators. Execute both external and internal stress testing. Oversee 1LoD (First Line of Defense) risk management including controls.

Must have Skills and Experience:

Understanding of CCR models and risk drivers. Knowledge of derivatives. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the CCR and XVA space. Programming skills: Python, SQL, and PowerBI. Experience with risk management frameworks. Advanced technical analytical skills.
