Role Overview
The
CCTV Investigations Analyst
is responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds, analysing incidents and supporting the organisation's security and loss prevention objectives within a dynamic control centre environment.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong situational awareness, and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor multiple CCTV feeds to identify potential incidents or risks
Investigate incidents using video footage, system data and analytical tools
Produce accurate incident reports and escalate findings to the appropriate teams
Support real-time investigations and live monitoring operations
Maintain compliance with company security, data protection and privacy standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of control room processes and efficiency
Ensure all systems are operational and promptly report any faults or downtime
Collaborate closely with analysts, operations managers and field teams
Education Requirements
Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
Further education or qualifications in Security, Criminology, IT or a related field are desirable
Licensing Requirements
A valid
SIA CCTV Public Space Surveillance (PSS)
licence is mandatory for this role
