Main Responsibilities:

The job will be the monitoring of live/reactive CCTV systems and be dispatching the appropriate response to any threat or breach seen.

Alternating between monitoring GMP on CCTV camera screens (all cameras, all areas) walking the floor physically verifying conformance against site GMP rules and engaging with team leaders and area managers. Continuous monitoring even when the factory is on break as line clearance and hygiene activities may be taking place at this time. Maintaining an accurate log of monitoring activities and any breaches observed Challenge and support (offer advice) immediately bad practices are observed Record observations of bad practices and actions taken on a central database accessible to only a predefined list of colleagues Monitor the implementation of any new ways of working or improvement actions

Ideal Candidate:
