We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant CCTV SIA Mobile Patrol Unit to join our security team. This role involves monitoring and protecting various premises through effective surveillance and loss prevention strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular mobile patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activities. Monitor CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance of premises and report any unusual behaviour or incidents. Implement loss prevention measures to protect property and assets from theft or damage. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid when necessary until emergency services arrive. Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any actions taken during shifts. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required, providing assistance in investigations as needed. Ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions immediately.

Requirements

Valid SIA licence is essential for this role. Valid CCTV Course Accreditation. Valid British Driving Licence. Proven experience in surveillance or security roles is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and CCTV operations. First aid certification is an advantage but not mandatory; training may be provided. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and the public. Strong observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential security threats. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
