--you'll be managing, troubleshooting, and enhancing the functionality of our advanced surveillance and attendance systems from behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage
Hikvision CCTV systems
(remote viewing, system diagnostics, configurations).
Configure and maintain
Time & Attendance programmes
, including facial recognition terminals.
Work on
bespoke software integration
, automating tasks and reporting tools for internal and client use.
Conduct
software fault-finding and debugging
across CCTV and access control systems.
Write and edit scripts or programmes to enhance functionality (Python, SQL, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver reliable and custom-tailored solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong working knowledge of
Hikvision software/platforms
.
Experience with
time & attendance software
(any vendor, preferably integrated with CCTV/access control).
Software programming/scripting
skills (e.g. Python, SQL, C#, or similar).
Excellent
fault-finding and system diagnostic
ability.
Ability to write or adapt
custom software/scripts for security systems
.
Comfortable working with
networked CCTV systems
and remote access tools.
Good written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues clearly.
Desirable (Bonus) Skills
Experience in
security tech development or integration
.
Familiarity with
data logging/reporting tools
for attendance systems.
Ability to train internal staff or clients on system usage and troubleshooting.
