We are seeking an experienced and highly organised CDM (Construction Design and Management) Site Manager to join our Principal Contractor team on-site to support in the delivery of CAPEX project for our FMCG clients. We are looking for someone from a trade background and strong people/contractor management experience.
Experience
Proven experience as a CDM Manager/site manager within the construction industry.
Knowledge and experience delivering site inductions/daily whiteboard meetings.
Knowledge and experience of Controlling permits to work.
Experience of apprising RAMS and contractor documentation.
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to control multiple projects effectively if required.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with CDM 2015 and health and safety legislation related to construction projects.
Prior experience managing mid to large scale construction or civil engineering projects is advantageous.
A recognised qualification in construction management or civil engineering will be considered an asset. This role offers a dynamic environment where organisational excellence and technical expertise are valued highly.
