We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities



Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu specifications. Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items, showcasing creativity and culinary skills. Ensure all food preparation areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and timely delivery of dishes. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed, minimising waste through effective management. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive learning environment. Maintain equipment and kitchen tools, ensuring they are in good working order.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills, with an emphasis on quality and presentation. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for cooking and helping others develop their culinary skills is highly desirable.

Pay: 12.70-14.25 per hour
