Summary

We are seeking a passionate Caterer to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing and delivering exceptional food experiences for our clients. Your culinary skills will contribute to creating memorable dining moments that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to client specifications and dietary requirements. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to create innovative meal options that delight our clients. Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation or catering, preferably within a professional kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating delicious meals. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
