Paloma is Leith's neighbourhood taco spot. From the team behind "The Black Grape" this exciting new casual dining restaurant serves a up a selection of fresh small plates, tacos & sides inspired by the cuisine of Mexico. With all elements made fresh in house, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing hospitality business with real opportunities for growth.

Open Wednesday-Sunday we are looking for a solid chef to join our team. Working with our team you'll help deliver an exciting and regularly changing menu. We're looking for a candidate who takes pride in delivering great quality food and is passionate about cooking great food. Experience working with Mexican flavours is not essential as full training will be given - what we are looking for is

Good work ethic & "can do" attitude
Experience working in a good quality fresh food operation
Strong communication skills
Ability to work as part of a small team in a busy service environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
