We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Genuine Dining Co. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Assist in the development of new menu items and culinary innovations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. Passion for food and creativity in meal preparation.
