Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely service to clients. This role requires a strong focus on safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles, including flatbed lorries. The Driver will play a vital part in maintaining our company's reputation for punctuality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Tower crane dismantle and erections Fridges Flats Low loader Curtain sider Steel coils Safely operate company vehicles, including flatbed lorries and other commercial vehicles, adhering to all road safety regulations Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals Load and unload goods with care, ensuring items are secured properly during transit Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and stock organisation Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery roles Strong driving skills with a clean driving record Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting Experience operating flatbed lorries or similar large vehicles is desirable Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members Previous warehouse experience is advantageous Ability to plan routes efficiently and adapt to changing schedules or conditions Good organisational skills with attention to detail

Pay: 180.00-230.00 per day
