Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive

C&E (Conferences & Events) Logistics Support Staff

member to join our team at Fulham Pier. You will play a vital role in the smooth setup, operation, and breakdown of events, ensuring all logistics are executed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture, AV equipment, signage, and other event materials Ensure all deliveries, collections, and stock movements are accurately managed and logged Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage and event spaces Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support event logistics Conduct routine equipment checks and report any faults or damages Support the team in adhering to event schedules and last-minute requests Uphold health & safety and venue compliance procedures at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in events, logistics, or a similar operational support role preferred Physically fit and able to lift/move equipment as required Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays Strong team player with a "can-do" attitude and attention to detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and professional

Desirable:

Forklift or manual handling training (if applicable) Familiarity with event software or inventory tracking systems
