Job Description
This Biomedical Science position is suitable for a qualified Biomedical Scientist to apply on a full time basis to start as a locum 11/09/2023 with a pay of \xc2\xa335 - \xc2\xa340 per hour (D.O.E).
Beneficial criteria to help be successful in this BMS role includes the following:
- HCPC Registration
- Biomedical Science Background
- Completion of the IBMS Diploma of Expert Practice in Specimen Dissection
- Completion or working towards the IBMS Advanced Specialist Diploma in Specimen Dissection
- MSc Biomedical Science or equivalent laboratory experience
- Demonstrate the scientific and clinical knowledge underpinning the practice of either Breast, Lower GI, Skins or Urological pathology specimen dissection and the practical competence required to accurately dissect all Lower GI or Breast specimens whether benign or malignant.
