We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Call Dispatch team within our Customer Experience Sector. This will be a hybrid position (2 days/week in office, 3 days at home) with the potential to go fully remote in the future.


Based out of our Stratford, London location. This is offered as a hybrid role.

Your role in our future



Responsible for monitoring the Call Despatch console, ensuring that work orders are assigned to engineers within the agreed SLA, and arranging part orders requested by engineers. Additionally responsible for assigning engineers to attend customers and raising work orders for engineers. Needs to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and able to liaise with customers, engineers, account managers, and third-party carriers to expedite the installation of newly ordered equipment. Pre-installation checks will also be required to ensure the smooth installation of new equipment, including postage, Opco, slogan, Lan form completion, Smart enabled, tracking of deliveries with carriers, report management, and flat file creation. In addition, the Call Despatch and Installations Coordinator will attend meetings to update other business areas and will be a good team player who performs well in a busy environment. * Ability to work off their own initiative and able to adapt to changing situations quickly.
