We are expanding our centralised

Hub & Spoke dispensing operation

, supporting a growing network of community pharmacies across England. We are looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to join our high-performance Hub team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a modernised, technology-driven pharmacy model that improves accuracy, efficiency and patient experience.

About the Role

You will work as part of our central dispensing team, responsible for preparing, assembling and accuracy-checking prescription orders sent electronically from our spoke pharmacies.

Your duties will include:

Processing EPS prescriptions received from spoke branches Labelling, assembling and preparing medication orders Operating hub systems, scanners and automated dispensing technology Managing stock, including date-checks and replenishment Ensuring safe storage, workflow management and full audit compliance Working closely with spoke teams to ensure fast and accurate turnaround Supporting service delivery KPIs including turnaround times, accuracy and capacity Maintaining exceptionally high standards of organisation, cleanliness and workflow discipline
