The Vacancy

Workspace is home to London's brightest businesses, and a Central Sales Manager, you will be commercially astute and driven to help achieve new deals revenue target through booking good quality, well-qualified viewings.


You will manage the Central Sales team to ensure conversion of enquiries to viewings, and handle property enquiries from potential customers and brokers with the goal of businesses ultimately taking space with us, and you will become an expert in our product, locations, buildings, and the wider 'flex' commercial property marketing.


You will lead the team to manage an individual pipeline of inbound and outbound calls and email leads across multiple inboxes and efficiently use our CRM.


This role also requires strong stakeholder management skills as you will be working closely with the Sales teams and the external Brokers to ensure that viewings are booked in, Workspace is being marketed and presented to broker clients correctly, and customers and brokers are updated on the progress of their enquiry.

This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
