The centre Assistant role is varied which will include:

• Reception and admins duties.
• Using IT on daily basis, completing accurate data entry.
• Working across other centres, ensure official management of general maintenance and security of the building for example opening and locking of buildings, safety checks, risk assessments.
• Completing day to day tasks, setting up rooms for service delivery this could entail the moving of tables and chairs.

About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a multitasker who is flexible, confident, and able to use their own initiative. They should have strong IT skills, be a team player, and maintain a professional, welcoming, and friendly manner at all times. Experience with database systems and Adobe software is also essential.
