, where we support individuals across Ely and nearby communities with a wide range of social challenges - from mental health and confidence-building to practical support and wellbeing services.

About the Role


We're looking for a

Centre Assistant

with a creative edge. This is not your typical support role; it's an opportunity to help shape how we connect with our community through digital storytelling and creative outreach.

You'll be involved in:

Creating and editing podcasts

that amplify local voices and share inspiring stories.

Writing engaging content

for social media and other platforms to promote our services and events. Supporting the day-to-day running of the centre and helping visitors feel welcome and empowered.

About You


You'll bring:

Proven experience in

podcast production

and

creative writing

, especially for social media. A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine desire to help others. Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. A creative mindset with a passion for community engagement.
