About Us
Hoxton Health was established over 30 years ago to provide low-cost alternative health treatments for older people and those with complex needs. We fundraise to subsidise these treatments, offering lower costs to older patients. Our team consists of independent practitioners delivering various treatments throughout the week, two other part-time office staff, and a team of volunteers who run the reception. To ensure efficient clinic operations, it is vital that our booking system remains accurate, patients are reminded of their appointments, and practitioners are aware of their schedules and paid accordingly.
About the role
The Centre Director (CD) is responsible for the management of all aspects of the organisation's operations and development - internally and externally. This includes finance and fundraising, staff management, monitoring and evaluation, development of new projects, and partnership engagement with other agencies. The clinic is small but busy, with varied days and experiences. It is run by a dedicated core team of staff and volunteers.
