Champion our culture of patient-centred, personalised care through collaboration with consultants and clinical teams. Manage the Oxford centre's commercial performance, budgets, and business development, working closely with our Market Development Manager. Foster strong consultant and partner relationships to grow referrals and strengthen our local healthcare network. Drive staff engagement and performance, supporting development and wellbeing across all teams. Play a key role in GenesisCare-wide projects and initiatives to improve quality, access and operational excellence.

What You'll Have:

Experience and Skills:

Proven success in operational leadership within healthcare, ideally with P&L accountability. Experience managing complex teams and building high-performance cultures. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with clinicians and key stakeholders. A track record of service improvement and innovation in patient care.
