to lead our community activities and help us take our services into the next phase of development.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will:


Lead and inspire a dedicated team of deputy managers, session leaders, play workers and sessional staff. Ensure exceptional standards of care, learning outcomes and wellbeing. Build strong relationships with families, schools, social care and key partners. Manage operational planning, staffing, digital systems and health & safety. Act as Deputy DSL and champion a strong safeguarding culture across all services.

You will be fully supported by the Senior Leadership Team at LDN London, your Deputy Managers, and a highly experienced staff team who share your passion for delivering outstanding services.

About You

We are seeking someone who:


Has significant experience in SEND, childcare, youth work or education Has strong leadership experience and enjoys developing others Communicates clearly, professionally and with warmth Is confident with safeguarding and multi-agency working Can organise complex service operations, rotas, risk assessments and digital systems
