The Role:
We are seeking an outstanding
Centre Manager
to lead our facility with confidence, precision, and integrity. This is not a routine management role -- we are looking for a
high-calibre professional
who brings strategic oversight, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional client care in both the wellness and clinical spheres.
You will be responsible for the
end-to-end management of the clinic
, ensuring it operates to the highest standards in terms of patient safety, staff performance, service delivery, and regulatory compliance. This dual-focused position requires someone with extensive experience in
regulated medical environments
-- ideally with direct involvement in
CQC compliance
, clinical governance, and healthcare operations -- as well as a refined understanding of
luxury wellness service delivery
.
As the bridge between clinical and non-clinical teams, you'll lead the business from the front, making key decisions daily that affect patient outcomes, team culture, service reputation, and overall profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Full operational and strategic management of both the medical and wellness aspects of the business
Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals (e.g. nurses, doctors), wellness practitioners, therapists, and front-of-house staff
Oversight of CQC compliance and governance, ensuring standards are continuously met and exceeded -- including responsibility for audits, inspections, risk registers, and quality assurance processes
Implementing, reviewing, and enforcing clinical protocols, safeguarding policies, and infection control standards
Managing clinical scheduling, practitioner performance, incident reporting, and patient feedback pathways
Financial responsibility for the clinic, including forecasting, cost control, KPI analysis, and investor/stakeholder reporting
Training, mentoring, and motivating staff to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Working collaboratively with clinical directors or supervising GPs to ensure safe and compliant delivery of treatments
Implementing technology solutions and practice management systems to streamline operations and enhance the patient journey
Working cross-functionally with marketing and senior leadership to support business growth, brand positioning, and service development
