Lilybelle is a new, purpose-built Mother & Baby Unit in Handsworth providing a safe, supportive, and homely environment where families stay for a 12-week residential assessment. We empower parents while ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and operational excellence.

The Role
As Centre Manager, you'll be the operational lead, ensuring Lilybelle runs smoothly and remains a welcoming, safe environment for families. You will:
Oversee
day-to-day operations
, including staff rotas, shift cover, and on-site logistics.
Manage recruitment, induction, training, and support for non-assessment staff (support workers, admin, housekeeping).
Take ownership of
budgets, supplies, and facilities management
.
Act as the point of contact for external contractors, social services, and suppliers.
Uphold and implement robust
health & safety and safeguarding standards
.
Work closely with the Registered Manager to coordinate family admissions and maintain high-quality service delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
What We're Looking For
Proven
operational management experience
(care, supported housing, residential, or similar).
Skilled in
staff management
, rotas, and HR processes.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly.
Confident with budgets, procurement, and liaising with external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Awareness of safeguarding and health & safety legislation (training can be provided).
Ability to lead with professionalism, compassion, and authority.
