About the role





An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Team Leader within our Kings Cross test centre. As a Team Leader, you will provide much-needed assistance in making us better able to deliver a quality and efficient service. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will supervise and keep abreast of the day-to-day operations within the test point. You will be required to ensure a smooth operation of various processes and adherence to Trinity's policies, procedures as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain the security and integrity of the tests.



Playing a deputising role to the team, you will deliver supervisory administrative support to the centre and reinforce the local marketing and wider business development strategies. Operating in a Team Leader capacity, you will assist with the training and development needs of centre staff, carry out quality checks, act as first escalation point for candidate/examiner complaints; whilst deputising for Centre Manager in their absence.



We are looking for team members who will work to ensure the staff are happy and well-supported so the business can run smoothly, and organise and delegate their workload as well as monitoring them to make sure it's done correctly.

The hours for this role are as follows - 8:15am - 6:30pm, 40 hours/week, 5 over 7 days, Monday to Sunday as set by rota. Please be aware that regular weekend work will be required.

We need someone with a good level of education that has the ability to communicate at all levels providing excellent customer service always with a smile on their face. We need you to portray a professional image at all times and in testing situations. You will have excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and be a real team player who's happy dealing with stakeholders ranging from colleagues to examiners, and most importantly, our candidates.
