We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organisation towards sustained growth and success. Duties
Develop and implement high-level organisational strategies aligned with long-term objectives
Lead and inspire senior management teams to achieve operational targets and organisational goals
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all organisational activities
Drive organisational change initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and organisational culture
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and public engagements
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
Foster a positive working environment that promotes innovation, diversity, and professional development
Experience
Extensive management experience within a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or equivalent position
Demonstrable leadership skills with a history of supervising diverse teams effectively
Proven expertise in financial management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation
Strong strategic thinking abilities with experience in organisational growth initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and externally
Prior experience in navigating complex regulatory environments is desirable
A relevant postgraduate qualification or professional accreditation in business management or related fields is advantageous
