Parkinson Bailiff Services Ltd is a well-established commercial enforcement company, operating since 1996. We work exclusively on behalf of landlords and managing agents across England and Wales, specialising in the recovery of commercial rent arrears and the forfeiture of commercial leases.
The Role
We are seeking self employed Certificated Enforcement Agents to cover Newcastle and the surrounding area. This role involves attending commercial premises to carry out enforcement under the Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) process and forfeiture of lease by peaceable re-entry. You will be supported by a strong back-office team and full compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Attending commercial premises to enforce CRAR instructions
Carrying out peaceable re-entry for lease forfeiture on behalf of landlords
Negotiating payment or taking control of goods in line with the Taking Control of Goods Regulations
Preparing clear and accurate visit reports and evidence documentation
Ensuring all work is conducted professionally and in full compliance with legal requirements
What We're Looking For:
Valid Enforcement Agent Certificate (required)
Experience with CRAR and lease forfeiture (required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Smart, professional appearance and reliable attitude
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your area
Clean DBS and no adverse credit history.
