HETAS and Woodsure are not for profit organisations who are authorised by the Government to certify biomass and solid fuel heating appliances, fuels and services, with plans to expand and diversify.

We are looking for a motivated Certification Evaluator to join our energetic and cohesive team and help drive the success of our organisation.

You will understand and support quality processes across the business, and communicate with internal departments and management as part of the certification process. You will have the ability to audit processes and undertake and support in decision making through technical assessment. You will ensure that processes are implemented and utilised correctly across the business. You will manage and implement the witness statement processes for enforcement agencies, and support in the assessment of risk reviews and formulate decision based on evidence submitted. You will support senior management with reporting and management information, and assist across the business where necessary.

Strong and practiced communication and administrative skills are essential, both verbal and written. You will be proficient in customer service (including internal teams and stakeholders) and have good time management skills. The ability to prioritise and a good eye for detail is essential for the role.

As a team player, you will have experience in Microsoft Office software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook, administration skills, and experience of working in a busy customer focused environment.
