This role offers a mix of working from home and in the office. You will need to come to our Malvern office at least one day a week. A BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check will be required for this role.
As the Certification Technical Support Manager, you will lead a talented and diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Responsibilities:?
Proactively manage the Certification Technical Support Team, ensuring effective operations and high performance.
Provide technical support to assessors and applicants for Cyber Essentials and all IASME certification schemes.
Collaborate with scheme managers to deliver internal and external guidance on Cyber Essentials and IASME certification schemes.
Manage and mentor the Certification Technical Analysts, supporting their development and career progression.
Deliver technical support and remedial training for assessors identified through the moderation process.
Deliver monthly webinars for assessors, ensuring consistent communication and knowledge sharing.
Identify trends and recurring issues in service desk calls, to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Undertake additional duties as required to support the organisation's objectives and adapting to evolving priorities.
