Certified Enforcement Agent

Our client are seeking a dedicated and professional Certified Enforcement Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing Court orders and collecting unpaid debts on behalf of our local authority clients. This position requires a high level of integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to various addresses within your local area to execute Court orders Obtain payments on behalf of our local authority clients Request payment in full (PIF) to clear unpaid debts Set up and agree on affordable repayment arrangements when full payment is not possible Maintain accurate records of all interactions and financial transactions Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a firm and professional demeanour Manage potentially challenging situations with tact and diplomacy Liaise with local authorities and other relevant stakeholders as required Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the enforcement team
Qualifications Required:
Level-2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification Full UK driving licence (minimum of two years We have opportunities in Brighton, Buckinghamshire, London, Preston and North Devon.


Basic Salary of 28'500 with OTE of 100'000+
