Marks Sattin Executive Search is currently working with a PE-backed B2B business, based in South East England on a hybrid working Model. Amid rapid growth via a dynamic buy-and-build strategy and now seeking an enthusiastic CFO to join their fast-growing business poised for a future exit.

As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner within the senior leadership team, actively steering the business\'s financial landscape towards greater success. Your primary focus will involve transformative financial leadership, leveraging your extensive experience to navigate the business through challenging phases with resilience and fostering sustainable growth.

Your financial strategies and initiatives will be vital in achieving the business\'s continuous success. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping a resilient financial structure and propelling the business forward, ensuring that it meets and exceeds their ambitious milestones.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
• Proven experience operating as a CFO.
• Or a Finance Director, or Financial Controller in a PE-backed high-growth business looking to make a step up into a No 1 Role, preferably in the SaaS or related sectors.
• Be a capable communicator and be able to present to both investors and shareholders.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude, and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
• Proven expertise in business transformation, demonstrating resilience and strategic acumen by successfully navigating a business through challenging phases, and fostering growth.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, including effective cash management, strategic optimisation of cost bases, and a track record of unlocking operational efficiencies.
