Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour in and out of the classroom
Implement strategies to support learning, engagement, and emotional regulation
Work one-to-one or in small groups to provide targeted support
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people (SEMH/behavioural support experience advantageous)
Calm, consistent, and able to stay positive under pressure.
Skilled in building trusting relationships and setting clear boundaries
Passionate about inclusion, wellbeing, and trauma-informed care
Holds a level 2Certificate in Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health

Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
Not currently in education
