Purpose
The Change Analyst is an integral role with the Strategic Change Office, as the first touch point for the development of significant change initiatives, you will be supporting colleagues and Senior Leadership to ensure that change delivers the intended impact by:
Analysing the potential impact of changes on various aspects of the organisation, such as systems, processes, people, and culture.
Engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand their perspectives and gather input on the change.
Helping to prepare and refine change requests by providing the necessary information and supporting documentation
Using data and metrics to track changes and measure their effectiveness, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Creating strategies to mitigate risk and resistance to change, working closely with the Change Manager to ensure successful implementation.
