We have a new opportunity for Change Analyst to join us!



Reporting into the Change Manager, you'll execute an effective and efficient change management process which covers all changes to AXA UK operating companies.



At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

Coordination and planning of change related functions across the entire project life cycle Supporting the Change Manager with operating the change management process Maintaining excellent communication with the change management and IT stakeholders on all planned change activities Maintaining oversight of change approval groups to ensure compliance with audit Ensuring timely completion of change tasks and change closure Supporting with audit and compliance duties Cataloguing third party changes

What you'll bring:

IT change management experience advantageous Solid base knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment Good analytical, administrative and organisational skills PowerBI experience desirable
