About the role

Are you ready to nurture a thriving HR team within a fast-paced, innovative environment? As the Change Lead - Global HR at Reckitt, you will be a key driver in our exciting journey of transforming and elevating the HR function at Reckitt. Ensure the Gen2 HR transformation projects are a success by partnering with the Central PMO team and deployment of change actions through the change network.

Your responsibilities

Working closely with the Central PMO Team, HRT Portfolio & Project teams, COEs and Imex HR, you will lead the development of Change Plans and deployment/execution of Change Actions dedicated to the Europe HR transformation deployment to:


Ensure a high level of change proficiency and understanding of Reckitt's change management methodology across the team Leverage the Central PMO change resources across the different Global Functions to optimise the level of change effort required for the region Participate in design workshops and requirements gathering (and later, system testing - if applicable) to have a through understanding of 'as is' and 'to be' processes for each market, including for both commercial and factory colleagues Prepare change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, change and communications plan for deployment through the Change Network Partner with defined ER network to enable works council and/or union alignment plans are in place to enable a smooth go-live. Work with HRDs to ensure all required consultation takes place. Understand the central change and communications assets that exist and undertake a fit gap assessment to determine what modifications and / or new change assets need to be created Ensure a successful go-live for each deployment country and delivery of project KPIs related to change such as adoption rates and etc... Prepare a post go-live plan that ensures continued success of new ways of working in the BAU environment

The experience we're looking for

Skills




Experience in change management, with ability to scale to manage a multi country change Understanding of change management practices - including change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, benefits realisation, change and communications planning Relationships with key project stakeholders - HRT Project & Portfolio, COEs, Imex HRDs and IT&D - ability to leverage these relationships to influence and build networks Ability to understand systems and processes and know what is required to drive adoption of new ways of working Understanding of project management, governance and reporting; and ability to operate in a project environment Capacity to manage and engage with multiple complex stakeholders - central project teams, country and regional leadership teams, works councils, the HR community and employees Strong leadership skills and adept at leading a team in line with our core values, particularly care Strong written and verbal communication skills - multi lingual is an advantage

Qualifications and Experience




University qualified in HR, change or other related field; or experience deemed equivalent Change management is desirable

Ability to travel internationally within Europe
