We're looking for a Change Manager to join our Change & Service Improvement team for a 12 month contract.
You'll be able to be based out of either our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), London office (W10 5BN), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN)
The Change & Service Improvement team is a high performing, dynamic, and pro-active team of change expertise including programme and project delivery, change management and business analysis specialists and an enabling Portfolio Management Office (PMO).
You'll be leading change management workstreams and delivering all elements of business readiness to ensure colleagues are willing, ready and able to adjust to changes. You'll work collaboratively as part of a project team and partner with stakeholders across IT, Comms, Learning & Development and HR to ensure projects are ready to land. You'll assess how changes impacts our colleagues and customers and be hands on in supporting in the lead up and after launch to make change stick.
You'll have experience of leading the people side of complex changes. It would be beneficial if you have been part of the integration of two organisations systems, processes and ways of working, or led service improvement changes , ideally within the housing sector. You'll have a deep understanding of how to approach a cultural shift through change with a passion for taking colleagues and customers along the journey through your work.
No two days will be the same in this role, so a can-do attitude, highly organised and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you'll be delivering high-profile projects in large dynamic customer focused organisations.
